Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Ms. Tiffany Boydston:
This too is always evolving. I never consume the same thing and really have been experimenting with foods. I was use to the same thing every single day and was too afraid to experiment and this was a concern. I had become afraid to eat foods I didn’t know how my body would respond too.
I went from having egg whites, chicken, and all lean meats. I was barely consuming any fats low carb and lacked variety of vegetables and fruits. Sad I know… I was too afraid to eat sugars and fats because I was sucked into thinking these would make me fat.
I now juice every morning to get all my vitamins and minerals in a glass. I then have a shake post work out with ACAI berries, banana, maca, cacao, MRM super food sacha inchi powder and young coconut meat.
Depending on my workout day I will have a big bowl of GF oats or cream of rice with berries. This would follow my shake!
Lunch: Salad, Vegan GF wrap with avocado, micro greens and rice or soup, salad and sweet potato. This is always changing up as well!
Dinner: Large Salad steamed Veggies and Salmon ( whole organic eggs, any lean fish or Tempeh I switch this up constantly on what I am feeling like)
Dessert/snack before bed: MRM Veggie elite Chocolate mocha shake topped with Almond butter
As you can see I cut out meat significantly and am enjoying more colorful foods, Healthy fats and really balancing out the body has been my goal now! So I have a few extra curves yet I am still in shape and workout everyday. To me being healthy means being beautifully whole inside and you will shine on the outside! I consume more organic plant based foods to replenish my microbes (Healthy bacteria living in our guts).
Some of the functions are:
- It helps the body to digest certain foods that the stomach and small intestine have not been able to digest.
- It helps with the production of some vitamins (B and K).
- It helps us combat aggressions from other microorganisms, maintaining the wholeness of the intestinal mucosa.
- It plays an important role in the immune system, performing a barrier effect.
- A healthy and balanced gut microbiota is key to ensuring proper digestive functioning.
- AS you can see replenishing your microbes, with healthy bacteria will ensure optimal health.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, professional figure and bikini competitor, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit Certified Trainer, Tapout Personal Trainer, certified nutrition specialist and the fitness manager?
Ms. Tiffany Boydston:
The amazing part about having all of this behind my name is the education that comes behind it. I love changing someone’s life for the better, helping them internally and externally and showing them that there are no excuses when it comes to being the best YOU that one can be! I am so passionate about my work and embrace each client in as if they are family and really help them achieve their goals! I always tell my clients their goals are my goals because, I want them to succeed just as badly as they want to! We are a team! MY motivation is just that, showing someone the way to health in internal and external success. I Love my job and wouldn’t change it for the world.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Tiffany Boydston:
WOW! Thank you! My hair and skin didn’t really start “glowing” until the last few years. I have been really focusing on making sure I eat all colors of the rainbow, getting plenty of omegas and replenishing my gut flora with probiotics. That really is the secret. Also, I do a few cleanses a month to give my digestive track a break and help the process of elimination “flush” out of my system.
The cleanses, are basically consuming tons of veggies, juices and take a break from grains and meats. I never consume dairy and when I do it’s only unpasteurized organic ghee (so many health benefits with ghee I keep this in as a staple). I will do this for about 7-10 days and take liver support (MRM Liver X) and flushing teas.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Fitness modeling is about bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Tiffany Boydston:
The funny thing is we all have our insecurities with shoots especially how they are risky and BOLD. To have confidence is purely beautiful and rare. I didn’t start out as the most confident person as I was teased by mean girls growing up and was never the pretty girl. Which created a lot of self doubt and to this day feel like I pressure myself to look or be a certain way to be held accountable for my line of work.
However- I have also learned to embrace every flaw in the process and let me tell you it has taken 29 years for me to finally just let go and except me for as I am and continue to progress as best I can. To me this is confidence in knowing you are doing your best and you go strut it and pull your inner diva out! Mine is always JLO she has this I don’t care attitude and embraces her curves! Between her and Beyonce it doesn’t get any more beautifully confident than that! Embrace your curves and any shape you are in for that matter!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional bikini competitor girls who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in field of professional bikini competitions?
Ms. Tiffany Boydston:
Remember to all – progress not perfection is the key. Start out with a realistic goal and know that this is for fun! It will really make you shine in the fitness realm. I had fun and smiled the whole way through. My last year was a bit rough but I embraced it and knew it was time for a change. When you get to that point set a new goal and conquer what your heart leads you towards. Not what your mind thinks you should do. Follow your heart.
