Tana Ashlee is a super-talented fitness expert and owner of Train With Tana.
Tana is a certified personal trainer and has been into fitness since she was 13 years old. Now 25 with a bigger mission than just getting you fit, Tana has been helping clients find their happiness and health for years.
Tana Cogan was introduced to fitness by her mother at the early age of 13. Over the next few years she had developed a strong passion for fitness and by the age of 18 she started to compete. Realizing she wanted to turn her passion into a career, she decided to become a personal trainer and help others live a healthier lifestyle.
Whether you are struggling with losing weight, building a booty, getting a flat tummy or putting on weight, depression, feeling lost, unhappy or just flat out unmotivated, she can help you accomplish your goal with her knowledge and experience.

Tana Ashlee shares her incredible fitness journey in an exclusive interview with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You were introduced to fitness by your mother at the early age of 13. Later you decided to become a personal trainer and help others live a healthier lifestyle. You reached the pinnacle of success when you started your own online personalised fitness program “Train With Tana!”. Tell us about your journey that took you to the the world of fitness?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: I’ve always wanted to make people feel good about themselves! I knew that was my mission in life. So by helping people achieve their short & long term fitness goals, it helps them see that they can accomplish anything!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a nutritional expert, American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, MMA model and fitness expert?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: To change people’s lives! Making people feel good & do good! Helping people achieve their goals!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: How your educational background of certifications both from ACE & AFAA has been a catalyst in your present profession of being a fitness expert and fitness trainer?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: You can’t be an expert without education.
Building a solid foundation with education is key to a successful & honest business.
My Afaa cert actually just expired so now I am just with ace.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: I do a lot of spilt muscle group training.
So Day 1: legs
Day 2: back
Day 3 shoulders/arms
Day 4: legs
Day 5: back
Day 6: shoulders
I don’t do much cardio even though I should up it hehe..

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: I’m on a nutrition system that has everything I need in it so I don’t have to worry about counting or any of that stressful stuff!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: Thank you!
I think good nutrition & a happy heart will make you glow.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Fitness modelling is about bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Tana Ashlee: You have to be happy with yourself. We all have flaws & insecurities but who cares, just rock it & own it. People will respect & love you more for being real.

Ms. Tana Ashlee: Yes
You can’t be successful without working hard.

Ms. Tana Ashlee: I do basic plans for people who can’t afford a trainer but need a plan for 9.99 a month & this also includes access to my site with videos & recipes!
I also create custom plans for meal and workouts so people who just need guidance or want to take the stress out of guessing what to do!
