Ms. Tana Ashlee: I do a lot of spilt muscle group training.
So Day 1: legs
Day 2: back
Day 3 shoulders/arms
Day 4: legs
Day 5: back
Day 6: shoulders
I don’t do much cardio even though I should up it hehe..
