“I spend a lot of time at the gym, and I work very hard for my figure” you have said. Share exercises that are an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do stretches to beat the stress? Any sport you like?
Tahlia Paris:
Working out is a huge part of my life. I actually have a personal trainer who I’m obsessed with! I try to train with him 4-5 times a week. We do various workouts but my favourite thing to do is boxing! I really found a love for boxing and I love the results; not only for the ‘look’ of my figure but it’s also a great stress reliever and overall fun workout!
Namita Nayyar:
Share your schedule on a day off. How do you keep fresh for a shoot?
Tahlia Paris:
A typical day off for me is usually working out after I wake up, on an empty stomach. Fasted cardio is super important and I love to do it! Other than that I try to keep active throughout most of the day and I’ll do things I can’t do whilst I’m traveling, like gaming. I play a lot of video games believe it or not!

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to maintaining a slim torso.
Tahlia Paris:
I try not to eat before my workout, I’ve noticed the best results by doing this. After my workout, I’ll usually do a gluten free bagel or some yogurt and fruit. I try to keep a gluten free diet, this is also something I’ve noticed helps keep my physique more cut!

Your Favourite Meal of the day would be? Why?
Tahlia Paris:
My favourite meal is definitely breakfast! I love having my coffee and my gluten free bagels or my yogurt and fruit in the morning after a good workout! Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day in my opinion because you’re “breaking your fast”.
