Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Having lived for most of your life in America, it was a big shift for you, culturally and from a career point of view. What motivated you to make this transition? Also, tell us about your daily routine.
Ms. Sunny Leone:
It was the work that motivated me. I always wanted to work in film and was given an opportunity and grabbed it with both hands. My daily routine is to wake up, breakfast, gym, go to work and shoot and then home.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Being an actress, fitness is of utmost importance. Unfold the exercises that comprise your fitness regime on a daily basis?
Ms. Sunny Leone:
My regime changes all the time based on where I am. If in I’m Los Angeles I love taking spin classes and doing hot yoga. I switch back and forth. When in India I have to self motivate and plan my workouts myself. So anything from running, spinning, boxing, weights yoga and I love Jillian Michaels’ workout videos. If I’m out of those two places I find a gym where ever I go.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You recently welcomed two twin boys to your family of three. Congratulations! Share with us some tips, from your own experience, of creating work-life balance.
Ms. Sunny Leone:
I’m still figuring out tips and I’m still on my maternity leave. Both Daniel and I have a plan for when I have to go back to set and I hope that works because I’m sure like most mothers I also don’t want to leave my children but I am a working mother and will continue to be this way. I am a better mother and person when I can balance work and family life.
