Namita Nayyar:
A healthy morning ritual that you follow every single day?
Suelen Wons:
My healthy ritual every single morning is really simple, I wake up and right after I always meditate for 10 minutes. I do my skincare routine, I prepare my breakfast and then I go to the gym. I’m always trying to keep my body and mind in balance to start my day nicely
Namita Nayyar:
You are young and have sparks of becoming a supermodel. What motivated you to join the modeling industry?
Suelen Wons:
My highest motivation to join this industry that I love was the opportunity to explore the world, to grow up as personally as professionally and have the opportunity to show the best that I can be in front of the camera. I can show all the possible versions that a model can be.
Namita Nayyar:
Share the best part of your job you enjoy as a model?
Suelen Wons:
To me, the best part is to give my best in each shooting that I do and see the happiness of the clients with the results. I swear that there is nothing more gratifying.
Namita Nayyar:
Which exercises is an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches? Any sport you like?
Suelen Wons:
I love everything related with physical activities. In my dialy routine I always try to work all my whole body, I love the interspersed functional training with a little bit of hit (cardio)
