Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, fitness trainer, media personality, ballet dancer and nutritional expert?
Ms. Simone De La Rue: I truly love what I do and I hope my passion for helping others achieve their healthiest self inspires women along the way.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Simone De La Rue: I take a multivitamin and strive for at least 8 hours of sleep a night. When you are well rested, you look well rested. I also try to hydrate as much as possible throughout the day.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Your endeavour “Body By Simone” mixes dance with yoga and pilates to develop core strength, create long lean muscle, and promote cardio fitness, reaching the ultimate goal of having the perfect dancer’s body. Tell us more about your this successful venture?
Ms. Simone De La Rue: Many women desire the strength and leanness frequently found in the dance profession. I am often asked me “how do you get a dancer’s body?”, and my response is “you dance.” I think my technique has become so popular because women connect with dance and at some point in their lives have danced. I really just want to make exercise fun!
