What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Sherra Michelle:
I am obsessed with Cardio. Mostly because I have so much energy. I can’t sleep at night if I miss my Cardio. A few times a week after Cardio I do squats, or light lifting in machines.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Sherra Michelle:
I have a strange diet. I am a Pescatstarian allergic to seafood. So that means I mostly eat vegan with an exception of salmon, a fresh water fish once a week or so for the protein. I have been off and on vegetarian or vegan for ten years.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Sherra Michelle:
The biggest thing I do for my face is Vampire facial where they take my blood and inject it to my face to keep a rejuvenated look forever. I have also stayed out of the sun my entire life. Even on beaches I cover my face or wear a hat. I hate direct sun on my face. I never leave the house without an SPF and moisturizer is key.

Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of modelling?
Ms. Sherra Michelle:
I am very female positive and I would say my close friends motivate me most. I love my Playboy Family and look up to them. We help each other grow.
