Sheara:
I love daily routine, coffee breakfast gym and work. Followed by a relaxing evening curled watching a new movie or show to wind down to.
Namita Nayyar:
During the Covid pandemic what has been your fitness routine to remain fit in these challenging times?
Sheara:
During the pandemic thankfully I was in good hands, I have a treadmill and weight area set up in my home and was able to maintain my physique.
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots for a number of fashion brands and on your Instagram handle @missshea_raa. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Sheara:
Hard work helps my mind body and soul. Pushing myself harder in the gym, trying new work outs and photos to keep motivated I find are a big help to my daily fitness routines. I critique myself in the best way to keep myself going daily.
