The last Wednesday in May is celebrated as Senior Health & Fitness Day. This year it’s on May 26th. Elderly people need to take care of their health and fitness to stay away from illness.

Celebrating the National Senior Health & Fitness Day is quite simple.

- Learn as to how you can make your health better.
- Start doing fitness exercises to feel fit both inside and outside.
