I lead a balanced and healthy life. I wake up early every day and exercise four to five times a week. During the day, I wear two hats as an interior designer and actress. I’m diligently studying acting and speech work with a private coach, Mary Claire Garcia. During the weekends, I like to enjoy cooking and spending time with my loved ones at home.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Sarah Duque Lovisoni:
I try maintain a consistent regimen. My routine consists of working out at the gym twice a week with a personal trainer. I also do Bikram Yoga twice a week, and Barre Yoga twice a week.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Sarah Duque Lovisoni:
I try to lead a balanced diet. During the week I avoid eating sweets, carbohydrates and drinking alcohol. But once a week, usually on the weekends, I allow myself to eat pasta or a little desert. Nonetheless, I remain aware of what I put in my body and maintain smaller portions.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Sarah Duque Lovisoni:
I always remove makeup in the evenings even when I’m very tired after a long day.
In the morning I apply eye moisturizing cream, eye contour and sun protection.
For my hair, I use high quality shampoo and conditioners to protect my hair. As well as a multivitamin that helps keep my skin and hair healthy.
