I spend a lot of time training. I try to always be hydrated and use natural products for my face and hair, despite training every day I wash my hair every other day, my face is always clean and with sun protection. In the morning I use moisturizer and vitamin C, at night after cleansing, toner, retinol and serum.

Achieving your best performance is not easy; it is hard and long work… But karate is an infinite path full of learning that makes us grow as athletes and as people. If you enjoy your sport and your training, the medals maybe not come, but we will be constantly growing.

Abs training is integrated into all the workout, within the world of karate all the energy starts from an internal point, located in the core, for all our movements that work is implicit.
