I was born in Chieri, it is a town and commune in the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, Italy, to be precise. I pushed myself into the social media world with the desire to push other people to believe more in themselves. The world of fashion has always fascinated me, I reached the height of success with perseverance and determination.

Sabrina Laurenzana:
I reached my 230,000 followers by posting on my Instagram about my lifestyle, eating healthy breakfast. Also posting frequently about my sporting style such as dancing and swimming.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Sabrina Laurenzana:
I practice a lot of gym, where I work on my abdominals, and do regularly exercise.

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?
Sabrina Laurenzana:
In my diet there are few carbohydrates and many proteins and vitamins especially those from vegetables. My favorite dish is fish, turnips, chicken, lots of fruit and almost no sweets. I don’t like sweets. I drink a lot of water.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

For my skin, I use specific creams and luckily my hair is shiny because of healthy and correct diet.

The sports brands I love and wear most are Nike, Jordan, Adidas, FGM04 and Puma.

Sabrina Laurenzana:
I often do photo shoots, I am confident about my body because I like and keep working on myself and my fitness physique.

I love sea a lot. My perfect date is by the sea.
