Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You were a part of Blumhouse’s Happy Death Day which was expected to be a quick seasonal opening this past October, but has gone to spawn a franchise on the tails of its extraordinary success. Share with us your journey in the field of entertainment to making a mark for yourself?
Ms. Ruby Modine:
It’s so exciting to book work after the amount of auditioning that’s necessary in our business. To then have it be Happy Death Day, a film that I thought would be a small independent movie, is flabbergasting! It’s so exciting that the film took off in the manner in which it did and it is equally exciting to know that so many people went to see it in theaters and other alternate venues.
