Rose Woo:
To me, a relationship between a coach and an athlete is a very important relationship. You must make sure that both of you, the coach and the athlete are on the same page on the short term and long-term goals. He has followed me throughout my entire gymnastics career and we both learned how to work with other. He has always respected me as a human being and an athlete and respects my decisions and choices. A coach is someone that you need to trust and trust that they are there to help you towards your goals.

During the Covid pandemic. Tell us more about your routine to remain fit in those challenging times?
Rose Woo:
During Covid, I was working out at home, going on a lot of long walks, and enjoying life. It was kind of weird not being able to train but was kind of nice in the sense where I was free to do whatever I wanted. It felt good for some time, but I couldn’t wait to get back on my routine.
