Namita Nayyar:
You are a model, skydiver, base jumper, wingsuit pilot, stunt woman and lots more. Which one, according to you, defines you the best?
Roberta Mancino:
I think all of them it’s the mix that I need to feel happy and to have a challenge in my life. I would say modelling, I prefer less than all the other activities, I like to be in the air or in the water.
Namita Nayyar:
Having participated in more than 9000 skydives and won several awards and world records, what is your fitness regime like while training for this sport?
Roberta Mancino:
I go to the gym almost everyday and when I training skydiving I do about 7 jumps a day and sometimes I go to training in the wind tunnel. I try to eat light for breakfast and lunch.
Namita Nayyar:
Having been named the World’s Sexiest Female Athlete by the magazine Men’s Fitness, tell us about your diet & fitness routine? Are there any absolute no-no’s in your diet?
Roberta Mancino:
Honestly I’m an Italian and I love to eat everything. I also love wine and pizza and pasta so I’m not very good on diet, but I train almost every day, when I am not traveling or when I’m not very tired from jumping. I don’t have a no-no in my diet I just try to eat healthy
