Ingredients
- 4 cups pre-cut seedless watermelon in a container from the produce section (put the watermelon in the freezer when you get home)
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice*
- 1 tsp. minced crystallized ginger
- You may substitute pomegranate or white grape juice for orange juice.
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or a food processor and puree until smooth.
