Namita Nayyar:
You began your career in 2004, 2 factors that motivated you towards modeling?
Rarika Acler:
I never thought about being a model, but as I had a high and thin profile, I was always asked: why don’t you become a model? Then I started thinking about it, and decided to go to a modeling agency in my city, then things started to flow for me and I ended up going to live in Sao Paulo where I started to really take my profession seriously, and here I am today. I love modeling!
Namita Nayyar:
Having appeared on so many magazine covers, which one is your top favorite till now and which one do you wish to be featured on next?
Rarika Acler:
I loved to be cover on GoWhere Magazine. And for the future a Vogue cover would be great, I believe it is the dream of every model.

Namita Nayyar:
Share your workout routine? How are you making the most of your home workout these days?
Rarika Acler:
On normal days I usually go to the gym, I do strength training and aerobics. Now in quarantine, I confess that I’m not training much at home, but the days I do I put a class on YouTube and do it, even at home our bodies need to move and train!
Namita Nayyar:
A healthy breakfast for you includes? What do you like to have for dinner? And on weekends?
Rarika Acler:
In the morning at least 3 times a week I usually do intermittent fasting. On other days I like to eat scrambled eggs and green juice. For dinner usually a salad or omelet. On weekends I eat whatever I feel like, I have that luxury! hahaha
Namita Nayyar:
The body part that calls for added attention while strength training?
Rarika Acler:
I always like to train the whole body, but the part that most train hard is the butt, leg and abs.
Namita Nayyar:
Your say on “body shaming” becoming popular among teenagers?
Rarika Acler:
I think we should love our body as it is, but if there is something in it that you are not satisfied with and can change, why not? If you’re going to feel better about it, I think the person can and should change. What matters most is that you feel good about yourself.
Namita Nayyar:
Your favorite activewear brands are?
Rarika Acler:
My fave brand activewear is Track&Field and Rokbox.
Namita Nayyar:
Social media channel you enjoy the most?
Rarika Acler:
Instagram.
Namita Nayyar:
Your morning beauty ritual before a shoot? Haircare routine you follow?
Rarika Acler:
I wash my face every day with a soap for my skin type, then I apply an eye cream, then I apply vitamin C on the whole face, and lastly, sunscreen. I do this every day, I love taking care of my skin and I saw a lot of difference after I started caring for it.
Namita Nayyar:
After a long hard-working day, you relax with?
Rarika Acler:
The ideal would be a massage, but it is usually a hot bath and a movie! hahaha
Namita Nayyar:
Three songs that are on top of your workout playlist?
Rarika Acler:
You will not know because they are typical music of Brazil, it is called “Sertanejo”. I love it and most of the time I train listening to it!
