Being a entrepreneur doesn’t allow for such a black and white day to day. Every morning when I wake up, my to do list varies based on what’s in front of me and what has to take priority.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may like to share?
Ms. Rah Ali:
I’m a workout winer. So ultimately I wine and complain the entire time. I give so much credit to my trainer Qui for her patience with me. However my fitness regime routine consists of solely swimming laps and cardio.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Rah Ali:
You know what, it’s very challenging. It’s actually so much easier to turn to a quick fix. I had to reprogram myself to learn how to eat to live instead of living to eat. I didn’t write the blueprint on this but I stick to fresh vegetables and steamed fish and chicken as much as I can.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Rah Ali:
I would love to give you some fabulous regime to make myself sound super awesome, but I can’t do that to the readers lol…I honestly don’t have one. It’s truly just genetics. I’m thankful and hopeful it will stay that way.
