International Model Rafiah Dutczak Spills Her Most Kept Secrets!

International Glamour model Rafiah Dutczak has appeared on the covers of many magazines and is a well-known face from Australia.

Women Fitness joins the superbly talented model for an interesting conversation about being successful in the modelling industry.

Namita Nayyar:

Walk us through your incredible journey to becoming an International Model.

Rafiah Dutczak:

Well I started off modelling when I was 16 years of age. I did my first photo shoot for Skin Industries and then was published in their magazine which I was so excited about as it was my very first publication, then everything just happened from there really. I started getting more jobs and my name was slowly getting out there which was really cool.

Namita Nayyar:

Introduce us to a day in your life.

Rafiah Dutczak:

My day to day life is very busy, I go to work, train, study and of course photo shoots. But I always make time for my family and friends.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share? 

Rafiah Dutczak:

I train 4-5 times a week mostly concentrating on my lower half. My days work out usually consists of squats with dumbbells, leg press, sit ups, dead lifts, jump lunges, pile squats and donkey kicks. Just wanting to build more muscle.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Rafiah Dutczak:

Lots of vitamins, water and protein. I’m very strict on what I eat and I like to prep my meals on Sundays ready to start my week. 

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

Rafiah Dutczak:

Aw thank you! Well I wash my hair 3 times a week with bed head brunette goddess shampoo and conditioner, it’s amazing and I use treatment once a week. My hair is also very thick which gets annoying at times as it takes longer to style and I do also use clip in hair extensions by Zala for length which are incredible. My skincare routine I use Clinique 3 step every day in the mornings and evenings.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your current Top 5 Favorite Fashion Must-Haves.

Rafiah Dutczak :

My 5 top favourite must haves would have to be thigh high boots, fur jacket, long coat, choker and some ripped high waisted jeans. 

Namita Nayyar:

Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in this field?

Rafiah Dutczak:

Victoria’s Secret models have always been an influence on me since I was at a young age. I just love what they stand for and that’s empowering woman, yes they are all stunning and have great bodies but it’s not just about that. I think that they represent for all woman to feel sexy and confident in their own skin no matter what, if you feel good in yourself that’s all that matters and no one should tell you otherwise. 

Namita Nayyar:

You have featured in several top magazines. What are your Top 5 Tips to rock a photoshoot? 

Rafiah Dutczak:

1. Prep the day/night before e.g nails, tan, wash hair, cleanse skin so everything is all fresh for make up and hair to be done.

2. Get a work out in.

3. Organise what you may need to bring for the shoot.

4. Absolutely must get a good nights sleep.

5. Always have fun with the shoot and be yourself.
