Introduce us to a day in your life.
Rafiah Dutczak:
My day to day life is very busy, I go to work, train, study and of course photo shoots. But I always make time for my family and friends.
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Rafiah Dutczak:
I train 4-5 times a week mostly concentrating on my lower half. My days work out usually consists of squats with dumbbells, leg press, sit ups, dead lifts, jump lunges, pile squats and donkey kicks. Just wanting to build more muscle.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Rafiah Dutczak:
Lots of vitamins, water and protein. I’m very strict on what I eat and I like to prep my meals on Sundays ready to start my week.
