What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may wish to share?
Ms. Rachel Hilbert:
I have a personal trainer I work out with 5 days a week. He constantly changes up my workout so I don’t get bored. We do everything from weight lifting to cardio to calisthenics. It’s important to switch it up so your body is forced to challenge itself. I also like to mix boxing and Pilates classes into my workout routine.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit? Also, tell us about your diet prior to a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Ms. Rachel Hilbert:
I have always lived a healthy lifestyle. Growing up an athlete and dancer I have always been into eating healthy to give my body the nutrients it needs. I also believe it’s important to indulge occasionally, if it’s in moderation. Leading up to the VS Fashion show I really focus on making all my own meals so I know exactly what ingredients are going into my food. I also try to sleep as much as possible and drink a lot of water to make sure I’m always hydrated.
