I wake up, have coffee and do a quick cardio. After cardio, sometimes I teach and when I’m done that’s when I workout. I go to work after lunch and get home at night. I do another cardio when I’m not yet tired.

Basically, I just enjoy strength training or lifting weights. It amazes me that you can shape your body through it.

Not really. I do flexible dieting. I just reach a specific calories and macronutrients for the day. It’s much more sustainable and I still get to eat out with my friends and family. The only challenge is I have to bring my weighing scale with me all the time.
