Rotary Upper Back

Muscles Worked: Muscles of the upper back and some rear shoulder

  • Adjust the seat, the chest support, and the handles,  so that you can have a full range of motion and the weight stack will not touch down when you return to the start position.

  • Sit down on the seat to this machine.  Grab the handles and raise the elbows high. 

  • Lead with the elbows and pull the handles back as far as you can.  Then return to the start position. 

  • Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return to start position.
