Quadriceps, Lower Back


  • Position yourself on a leg press machine with the legs bent at knee, close to your chest.
  • Straighten your leg by pushing against the weight. You can place your hands by the side of the body or hold on to the barnt of the machine.
  • Remember your back should be supported throughout.
  • Slowly return to starting position.
  • Repeat.


  • Remember, to keep your back pressed against the bench throughout the motion.
