Instructions
- Position yourself on a leg press machine with the legs bent at knee, close to your chest.
- Straighten your leg by pushing against the weight. You can place your hands by the side of the body or hold on to the barnt of the machine.
- Remember your back should be supported throughout.
- Slowly return to starting position.
- Repeat.
Don'ts
- Remember, to keep your back pressed against the bench throughout the motion.
