Instructions:
- Stand straight with your hands resting on a chair.
- Keep your hips parallel to the chair, stomach in and buttocks tucked under.
- Bend one knee and turn it out to the side.
- Inhale.
- Exhaling, press your knee farther back.
- Repeat 25 times, then on the other side.
