Polina Isadora: Exceptionally Talented Russian Model talks about her Fitness Regime, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Polina Isadora is a Russian model. She is known for walking the ramp at Fashion Shows Fernando Alberto Atelier Resort 2020 (2019), Vanity Couture Miami Swim Week 2019 SS 2020 (2019) and 209 Mare Miami Swim Week 2019 SS 2020 (2019). She is also an Actress and Miss Russian United States. She is a Miami-based international model and health advocate.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up Polina Isadora an exceptionally talented, leading model, here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, her hair care, skin care and her success story.

Namita Nayyar:

Where were you born? Tell us about your early education and professional training if any. You later started working as a professional glamour and fashion model. This propelled your modeling career to the height where you have been a leading fashion and glamour model. Tell us more about your journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Polina Isadora:

My parents are Ukrainian and Polish by blood but I was born in Russia. Modeling has been my dream since I was very little, and I am so blessed to be doing what I love at such a young age.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Polina Isadora:

For my workouts I usually lift weights, but very small ones because my goal is not to gain muscle but to stay toned. I also do cardio, I walk on the treadmill on an incline and I also love using the Stairmaster with some ankle weights.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Polina Isadora:

I try to eat often because the more often you eat the faster your metabolism works. So instead of eating huge meals 3 times a day, I try my best to eat about 6 times a day in small portions. This keeps me full, energized and helps me to not feel hungry late at night. Drinking water is also extreme important because the more water you drink the less water your body will try to retain.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Polina Isadora:

Thank you! For my hair I use CP-1 shampoo and Conditioner bundle, it is very gentle on my hair and doesn’t strip it of natural oils. I use a microfiber towel on my hair to prevent breakage and some Moroccan oil for the ends of my hair.
When it comes to skincare I have been very consistent with my spf to protect my skin from sun damage and also I love the InKey list peptide moisturizer I use it in the morning and right before I go to bed. And of course do not forget to drink a lot of water, it is such a game changer.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion and glamour model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of fashion and glamour modeling?

Polina Isadora:

Do not let anyone put you down, stay confident in yourself. Every person has a different understanding of beauty, so it would be very exhausting to take every person’s opinion to heart. If you get rejected, don’t beat yourself up over it. Each “no” gets you closer and closer to that one “YES” and that’s all that matters. Believe in yourself and work hard, it will pay off.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Polina Isadora:

For my abs I love doing the Alexis Ren ab workouts on YouTube. Along with doing stomach vacuums.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Polina Isadora:

This is such a hard question because I love all food and there is no food that I really try to avoid! To name a few I love sushi, pasta, caviar, steak, salads and fruit. Some food that I try to eat less of is of course dessert but I love it so much. My fav desserts are tiramisu, panna cotta, macaroons, éclairs, meringue.

Five travel destinations on your wish list.

Polina Isadora:

Some of my dream destinations are Paris, Milan, Venice, Dubai and Great Barrier Reef.

Namita Nayyar:

Today social media plays a vital role in putting your message across to your followers and fans. What is your message for followers on Instagram?

Polina Isadora:

I believe that in modern world we often forget that we are all human beings, and we do not have to compare ourselves to others in order to feel happy with ourselves. We should love ourselves and uplift others around us. Love, compassion and empathy help human beings connect and build things together. Don’t let anyone’s negative energy steer you the wrong way. Stay.

I’m strong in what I you believe in. Always stay true to yourself and speak up about how you feel, you do not have to take someone’s opinion as a fact.
