What is your favorite way to stay fit when you travel?
Patti Negri:
I do travel a lot – so I must work at it. Luckily, my PACE workout can be done in the smallest of Hotel rooms, but I do like to mix it up a bit. When possible (and weather permitting) I like to walk a lot. Get to know the city I am in. I also try out the hotel gym and pool when I can make the time.

What are the best yoga moves to support the Zodiac signs?
Patti Negri:
Hmmmmm, can’t help you with this one at all. I LOVE yoga – and I LOVE Astrology – but I am NOT an expert in either… but, if I go with my regular life philosophy about it – I would say the pose that you FEEL is the best – and gives you the most satisfaction and peace would be the right one! Trust your intuition and instincts (and then talk to a yoga/astrology expert!) ;o)

How does mediation play a role in your life?
Patti Negri:
Traditional meditation plays a very small role in my life right now. It’s not lack of desire – just a lack of time. BUT, I need the benefits of it as much as anybody – so I have developed some very short techniques that you can get many of the benefits of meditation in a much shorter time span – again combining the mind, body, spirit techniques I work with. I do recommend meditation though… And when I can, I run away to a retreat and recharge!
