Tell us about your experience creating your new steamy 2018 calendar. What inspired you to create this calendar?
Ms. Patrizia Yangüela:
I think they say so much about your personality, plus all the hot models from the 90’s had a calendar. Since the start of my journey, it had been one of many goals. Creating the calendar was tricky, I shot and produced it in the US, which required a lot of organization of details and travel planning beforehand. I wanted to present my calendar in a fun and sexy way that also describes a bit of my personality.

Give your body time – change doesn’t happen within days.
Remember to live and enjoy life
Less is more – if your body is stressed it is counterproductive and changes won’t happen.
Find a good balance with your meals. Always eating the same thing can become depressing and unmotivating
Define your fitness goal , what do you want to achieve?
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Introduce us to a day in your life, while shooting and on a day off.
Ms. Patrizia Yangüela:
The first thing I do is go to the gym and have an intense workout, then immediately go home and prepare my meals for the day. After that, I head to my office to start working on emails coordinating shoots or work trips.
On the day of a shoot I wake up early to wash my hair and face then head to the shoot location with all my luggage. My makeup artist will do my hair and makeup to prepare me for the shoot. After we lock in all the looks, we begin the shoot. They usually last all day, so I always prepare for cold weather or hot like it has been in Los Angeles lately :-D.
