Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have been a young achiever. You excelled in gymnastics at six years of age and then went on to become a British champion at the age of 10 years. and competed for Great Britain when you were 14-year of age. You in 2013 have been featured in TV’s hit series The Only Way Is Essex. This propelled your career in acting and in reality TV to the height where you have been at the top of the world in television and modeling. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: I started my gymnastics career at the age of six in the United States where I was living at that time. I went for a play session and that’s where the coaches realised I had a natural talent for the sport and asked me to join the team. My mum was surprisingly shocked and that’s where it all started for me. I went on to training up to 42 hours a week and it became my whole life.
I returned to the UK at the age of nine and continued to train which resulted in winning the British championships at the age of 10 and my first international at the age of 14. Competing for my country was an absolute dream. Unfortunately a knee injury cut my career shorter than I expected. Gymnastics was my whole life and when I drastically injured my knee my life felt over. I was lost. I moved to Spain where I lived for 8 years and that’s where the 2nd biggest chapter in my career started. That’s where I got introduced to the modelling industry.
I have been truly blessed with my career. I feel like I’ve been giving two lifes. One I trained for and one I never dreamt was possible.

Ms. Pascal Craymer: I like to workout as much as possible, even it means going to the gym or working out outside or just taking long walks. For me exercise relieves stress and tension.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: I love to eat healthy but I have cheat days too. I eat healthy in the week and let myself have a cheat day on weekends. Carbs are my weakness so cheat days give me something to look forward too. I advise everyone to have a cheat day! Eat and drink whatever you want for one day!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: Thank you very much … I love avocados, they are a healthy fat and are great for your hair and skin. Good food plays a massive part for healthy hair and skin.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: How you felt before and after on being crowned Miss Southend-on-sea, 2010?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: Miss Southend was a great experience for me. I never thought I would enter a pageant and although I was very shocked and grateful for winning its not something I would do again. I wanted to experience it and see if I liked it but it’s nothing something for me.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your experience of working on the TV’s hit series ‘The Only Way Is Essex’?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: Appearing on the only way is Essex was definitely an experience. I didn’t really have too much time to think about and before I knew it things changed over night and my life wasn’t so private anymore. I would definitely do it again. Some of the girls where really nice, some weren’t.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You started your modelling career in Spain at the of 18 years of age. You have been face of Vivarini swimwear, 2010 and Nikki Beach, Marbella. You moved from Spain to United States, various European countries and now settled in UK for your professional career. For a model adjusting to new countries with their own cultures it must be difficult and then to adjust with modeling career in the new foreign land, what advice you can give to fellow models in a similar situation?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: If you want to be in this industry and make a career from it you have to be able to adjust to different countries and different cultures. Being versatile is an absolute must!
I love meeting new people and experiencing different countries and cultures. It’s one of the best things about being in this industry. If you’re not willing to travel and want to experience different ways of life then this industry won’t be for you.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: The best advice I can give is if one door closes another will open. Just because one door may close on you doesn’t mean your dream is over. Use it as motivation and keep pushing. Don’t ever give up on your dream.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You made a cameo role in music video Spaceship (Tinchy Stryder and Dappy song). It has 8.8 million views till date on Youtube. Tell us about your experience of working in this immensely popular music video?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: I love working on music videos and I’ve worked privileged to work with some of the top artists in the industry. The spaceship video was great fun… We filmed the video in Italy and Tinchy and Dappy where great fun to work with. Videos consist of very long days and nights but they are still one of my most favourite things to do.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have done bold photo shoots. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: I have done some very bold photoshoots, and yes I probably come across as very body confident but this isn’t always the case. I have certain parts of my body that I hate but I think us women will always have one part of our body that we dislike. What I dislike about myself another woman might like and vice versa. I love photoshoots but it does also put me out there to be criticised. Every women’s body is different and we aren’t all meant to be the same that’s what makes everyone individually beautiful.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What you wish to say about the website and womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Pascal Craymer: I’m a big fan of Women Fitness. It’s great for fitness beginners and for the fitness fanatics. Thank you letting me be involved and I hope you enjoy my interview.
