You are an exceptionally talented professional ballroom dancer. Which of the other forms of dancing do you like and enjoy?
Ms. Ola Jordan:
My love has always been ballroom dancing which is why it became my expertise but I love watching all styles of dance.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Ola Jordan:
I run cycle and weight train at the gym. James and I go the gym 4 or 5 times a week and going together really motivates me.
I have to work out because otherwise I can gain weight easily.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Ola Jordan:
I do have to be careful about what I eat and try to eat healthy as much as possible. I did gain weight recently when I was not dancing as much as I once was. I wasn’t happy so I started doing the Slimfast plan which worked really well with my busy lifestyle and helped me lose 9 kilos which has made me feel so much better and has set me up ready to start training for my tour next year.
