Taking San Nutrition multi vitamins, Lipidex Essential Fatty Acid Matrix, Green Supreme Fusion Nutrient Dense Super foods as well as including healthy whole food fats into my diet through the years has helped. I am also religious with applying SPF sunscreen daily and CeraVe moisturizer. My hair is naturally wavy, therefore the body and shine is highlighted from a healthy diet as well.

This sense of strength is acquired through vigorous training that involves weights and resulting in mental muscle capacity. Naturally, this inner energy will radiate through your actions, and bold modeling will become second nature.
Ms. Noy Alexander: Set small goals to reach big goals. Always compete against yourself, and aim to bring a better package from the last showing regardless of how you place. Know that everyone works hard, but you must work harder. In the end, enjoy the journey and appreciate the process.
