What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Noni Janur:
I loI grew up playing soccer so I’ve always been into working out and being super active. I love high intensity circuit training and squats!!! I workout out 6 times a week on average and love walking along the beach or going on a nice hike.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Noni Janur:
I workout enough to be able to eat what I want to a point. I love youfoods they are freshly made meals that are sent straight to your house. They save me a lot of time and always help me control what I eat.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare & skincare routine.
Noni Janur:
I’m lucky enough to have the skin I do because of my heritage. My dad is from bali so he really had blessed me with great skin and hair! I moisturise often and do a few scrubs. I hardly wear makeup only on the weekends so that really helps with keeping my skin clear. I spend a lot of time in the beach so the salt water also helps with keeping my skin fresh.
