It is not the first time she has appeared in public since breaking the news but last time her bump couldn’t be seen yet. Katherine shared her exciting news with a touching message on Instagram, featuring a picture of her and Andrew on their wedding day and a pair of pink baby booties.

Speaking previously about her desire to have a baby, she said: I do really want a family. Please God, touch wood, well be lucky and theyll be fit and healthy. Thats all I care about.
