Fish Lowers Breast Cancer Risk

A team of researchers, based in China reviewed and analyzed the results of 26 studies from the United States, Europe and Asia involving over 800,000 participants and over 20,000 cases of breast cancer. Their research revealed that eating one to two portions a week of foods rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (n-3 PUFA), such as, salmon, tuna, or sardines could reduce the risk of breast cancer by 14 percent.
