Abbey Crouch has been on regular workout regime and the results are her washboard stomach.

She’s been hard at work preparing to dazzle on the dancefloor on the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing. And it would appear Abbey Crouch is well and truly reaping the rewards of her vigorous training regime if her washboard abs are anything to go by. The 27-year-old WAG showed off her envy-inducing stomach in a skimpy black crop top as she stepped out and about in London on Sunday evening.

In spite of the miserable autumnal

weather drenching the capital, the Liverpudlian model flashed her toned and tanned tum as she headed out to watch her brother’s band, The Razz, perform. The mother-of-one teamed her sexy top with a pair of tight-fitting leather and suede leggings, while covering up in a leather jacket with a stylish shearling trim.
Abbey completed her look with a pair of towering black suede shoe boots, while wearing her long blonde locks tied back from her face in a low ponytail.

The Strictly Come Dancing star accentuated her features with dramatic eyeliner flicks and a slick of lip-gloss as she headed off for a well-earned night out. But it would appear Abbey’s gruelling training regime with professional partner Aljaž Skorjanec had left her feeling in dire need of some shut-eye, with the model writing on her Twitter page on Sunday evening: ‘Soooooo sleepy’. On Monday morning, the model proved to be every inch the dutiful sister as she helped her brother and his bandmates pack up their instruments near her North London home.

Abigail Marie “Abbey” Crouch is a British lingerie and catwalk model and television presenter. She is the wife of footballer Peter Crouch. Born in Liverpool, the oldest of four children born to Karen and Geoffrey Thomas Clancy, Clancy formed girl band Genie Queen, who were managed by Andy McCluskey from Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark.

In summer 2006, the second cycle of Living TV’s Britain’s Next Top Model included Clancy as one of the thirteen finalists in the competition, competing over 10 weeks for a modeling contract. Clancy made it to the final runway show with fellow contestant Lianna Fowler, who went on to win. Although Clancy did not win, her career in modeling continued to blossom .

Since appearing on Britain’s Next Top Model, Clancy has modelled for several magazines and newspapers. In May 2007, Clancy appeared on the front cover of Arena magazine, and modeled the Triumph Bonneville Motorbike in the Daily Mail newspaper. Clancy was chosen to appear in Sports Illustrated magazine in the 2010 swimsuit edition. Clancy was featured for her sporting connection to Peter Crouch and was photographed for the magazine wearing only body paint to make it appear as if she was wearing an England shirt.
Clancy appeared in a 2010 campaign for Umbro sportswear, modeling an England shirt, along with other footballer’s wives and girlfriends from countries that have won the World Cup.

Linking arms with her sibling and carrying his guitar, Abbey appeared to be heading straight out to Strictly training, and was dressed in black Lycra sports gear and trainers as she left the house. Abbey, the wife of Stoke City striker Peter Crouch, explained the couple’s two-year-old daughter Sophia was thrilled at the prospect of seeing her mummy on the celebrity dancing show. Speaking on the Strictly launch episode last week, she said: ‘I’m used to spending nearly every day with Sophia, she’s such a girlie girl and loves dancing and singing so she can’t wait to see me on the show.’

And she even mocked Peter’s penchant for a dance on the football pitch as part of his famous ‘robot’ goal celebration. She joked: ‘Pete thinks he’s a great dancer, but he’s really not. I can’t wait to be part of Strictly, I’m going to be the best dancer at every party we go to after this!’ Abbey will strut her stuff with newcomer Aljaz Skorjanec when Strictly Come Dancing returns for its first live show on September 28 as she battles it out against the likes of Susanna Reid, Rachel Riley and Ashley Taylor Dawson in the hope of lifting the coveted Glitterball Trophy.
