Namita Nayyar:
Five skincare myths.
Natalia Walker:
There are so many skincare myths out there I would like to remove so people don’t waste their time and money on useless items. First, expensive products don’t mean better results. There are many wonderful and affordable options available. Second, there is a product that eliminates wrinkles – eye patches. Third, wear sunscreen! Next, you can – and should – sweat out toxins from your body during your workouts. And, lastly, try and use apricot seed scrubs. They’re a game changer.

Tell us about a day in the life of Natalia Walker.
Natalia Walker:
A typical day in my life looks like this: I wake up and follow my morning routine of meditation, working out, and having breakfast. Then it’s off to work either modeling or directly coaching clients with health and fitness lessons. Between appointments, I will make sure that I eat several meals throughout the day. And, if needed, I will meal prep for several days in advance.
Then, I have some me time where I enjoy playing the piano and taking Spanish lessons. Of course, since I played for so many years, I try to sneak in several hours of tennis every week too. And, if I’m lucky, I’ll have some free time each week to spend with my closest friends.
Namita Nayyar:
You have created a unique diet that can help not only to lose weight but keep one’s body in a permanent balance with her lifestyle. Elaborate on this unique diet.
Natalia Walker:
My diet isn’t unique; but it is disciplined. I keep it as simple as possible. I don’t eat fried foods or processed seed oils. Instead
, I stick to a rotation of recipes made with fresh, organic ingredients. That said, simple is hard. Fortunately, it’s worth every effort to get into this habit because I feel stronger each and every day I stick to it.Disclaimer
