Introduce us to a day in your life.
Ms. Nadia Aboulhosn:
I usually wake up, clean the house for the first 30 minutes. Then I try to do a quick workout, eat breakfast. Then I’m on to doing emails with a combination of editing images. I give myself an hour during the day just to brainstorm ideas for future collection pieces. Three or four days out of the week I’m at my manufacturer in downtown LA. I’m usually all over the place. Each day is different.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine to stay fit and healthy?
Ms. Nadia Aboulhosn:
I do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. The beginning of this year I decided to leave the gym and get a bicycle, trampoline, and basketball hoop. I wanted to start being active but making it fun at the same time and be outside while doing it.

Tell us your Top 5 Favorite Healthy Foods or Recipes.
Ms. Nadia Aboulhosn:
Top five would have to be sweet potato burger. It’s basically a slice of sweet potato instead of the bun. Zucchini lasagna, grilled chicken breasts with brussel sprouts, cauliflower tater tots, and probably gluten free cookies just because I want something sweet often.
