Namita Nayyar:
You are a world-leading media personality, actress, singer, television star, theater artist, model, a brand ambassador, trained equestrian, and a certified personal trainer. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Mckenzie Westmore:
It’s a lot of balance and a lot of note reminders 🙂 I like to keep many fires going because in this industry you never know. I also have many hobbies and passions 🙂
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Mckenzie Westmore:
I almost went pro for boxing in 2010 but opted for hosting Face Off. Now my workouts are 6 days of heavy weight lifting and cardio 1-2x a week. I also play basketball in the backyard or hike the local hills for fun.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Mckenzie Westmore:
I eat everything in moderation. I follow macronutrients daily and have a cheat meal once a week. I drink about a gallon of water for health and take a ton of vitamins 🙂
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Mckenzie Westmore:
I love Rodan+ Fields for skin care. I also love GloPro and Nuface for home skin treatments! I take hair and skin vitamins as well.
Namita Nayyar:
It is a dream comes true for a person to appear at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2008 your Westmore family received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in honor of their pioneering work in the world of film and television make-up and the combined family contributions to over 2,000 films and television series. Tell us more about your experience of being accorded this honor.
Mckenzie Westmore:
It was such a huge honor for the entire family! I’m always blown away by my family’s history and every time I learn something new.
