Lucy Watson: UK Most Stunning Celebrity Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty SecretsLucy Watson first appeared on Made In Chelsea in 2012 and has starred in the reality TV show ever since. She burst onto our television screens in 2012 and has firmly set herself as one of the lead characters in the hit E4 show, Made in Chelsea. Lucy has played a central role in major story lines and is a regular face in a number of popular magazines and chat shows. Lucy’s fabulous face and figure have lead her to model for several well known fashion brands and she also has her own jewellery brand. Lucy Watson’s official 2015 calendar is the perfect gift for Made in Chelsea fans everywhere and features Lucy in 12 different shots for every month of the year. Lucy has authentically hand signed the front cover of every single one of her calendar’s.

Watson started her own jewellery line, toting garish fang and claw-shaped bracelets and necklaces. “It’s called The Creature” . She has modelled for various women’s magazines, and British labels Vesper and Gorgeous Couture. She is currently the face of Lipsy dresses. She has launched her book The Dating Game, where she reveals her experiences of serial cheaters, public betrayals and scandals which have taught her exactly how to delete an ex, how to try guys on for size and work out if they fit her and not the other way round!

Lucy Watson is UK’s most stunning celebrity. She is one of the lead characters in the hit E4 show, Made in Chelsea. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You must have started your career in modelling at an early age. You burst onto the television screens in 2012 and has firmly set yourself as one of the lead characters in the hit E4 show, Made in Chelsea. You have played a central role in major story lines and is a regular face in a number of popular magazines and chat shows. This propelled your modelling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling and has also was being featured as cover model for the FHM Magazine May 2014 Issue. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?

Ms. Lucy Watson: It’s been amazing. I have always wanted to model and be on TV so it really has been a dream come true and I feel blessed everyday. I’ve become aware of so many more opportunities and I’m just keen to explore all of them, and learn as I go.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your experience of working in E4 show, Made in Chelsea which has been a catalyst in achieving success in your career?

Ms. Lucy Watson: It wasn’t what I expected initially but I have been lucky enough to work with some really talented people and have made some great friends. It really is an amazing platform to go on to other things and so far the work I have got from it has been overwhelming!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality, model, actress and a brand ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Lucy Watson: With difficulty at times! I am very ambitious by nature and want to do as much as I can as quickly as possible. However I have great people around me that remind me to take it easy at times and look after my health. I don’t party as much as I could and I think this helps.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Lucy Watson: At the moment I am really enjoying pilates at a brilliant studio in Fulham called Heartcore. I have tried working out in a gym and cardio but I find it exhausting! Pilates in challenging but rewarding at the same time and you don’t leave feeling drained of energy.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a vegetarian. Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Lucy Watson: I eat eggs for protein and I love pressed Juices -Especially from The Juice Smith. They are a new company but the juices are delicious and having one a day with lunch seems to really revitalise me.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Lucy Watson: I always remove my make up before bed and exfoliate/moisturise every morning. I don’t take any supplements at the moment… I get my hair done at a great salon in Marylebone called Michael Van Clarke and they are miracle workers. Their products are great for hair rehabilitation.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your endeavour “Creature Jewellery” which you started in 2013?

Ms. Lucy Watson: It’s been a fun project for me as I have always been creative from a young age. I’ve learnt a lot from starting this business and have grown up a lot during the process. the jewellery is hand made in London and the designs are really popular. It gives me great pleasure to know that people enjoy our designs.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have launched ‘Lucy Watson Official Calendar 2015’, tell us more about shooting for this calendar and behind the scene experience?

Ms. Lucy Watson: It was a long day and a lot of the outfits were very skimpy – not for the body conscious! We did the shoot at a beautiful house and I had a great team around me. It was really exciting to see the results and I hope that they appear in many a stocking!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have been associated with PETA and number of other charities which are all dear to your heart, tell us how you have been able to achieve and quench your thirst of giving back to the society through this endeavor of your?

Ms. Lucy Watson: I like to work with animal charities as animals are defenceless and do not have a voice of their own. I have always grown up with animals since I was a baby and they truly are my friends. I don’t think I have done enough charity work yet – I hope to do a lot more in the near future. I have this great platform and I will use it to raise awareness of charities.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have done bold photo shoots with PETA, FHM and other magazines. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Ms. Lucy Watson: I don’t really know… I guess it comes with not caring so much what people think. But I do take care of my appearance so that helps. I also love my job and I do feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?

Ms. Lucy Watson: I think it’s important for people that take pride in their appearance care about their health to take note of the advice you provide – You can learn a lot from it! And hopefully get to where you want to be physically.
