Ms. Namita Nayyar: You attended ‘Our Lady’s’ Catholic High School in Higher Blackley, where you were a talented athlete becoming Manchester Hurdles Champion on three occasions. Tell us about this endeavor of yours?
Ms. Louise Cliffe: I’ve always been sporty, whenever playing any kind of sport in school I was always put with the boys because the girls weren’t strong enough, fast enough or tough enough. Hurdling was one of many sports I did, I would say I was an all rounder, but hurdles was my specialty.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Louise Cliffe: I like to walk a lot. I do lots of castings around London so waking is something I do regularly, plus I like to look at buildings and beautiful scenery, London has so many of these. I’m a real geek at heart.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Louise Cliffe: Food is my life. I love to cook and eat. I like to have a balanced diet. I eat good food and have treats. I don’t believe in diets. I’ve been brought up on meat and veg, I think this is the way to eat and I’ve continued it into my adult life.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing porcelain skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Louise Cliffe: I don’t really do any skin treatments if I’m honest. I just thank my mum and dad
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your experience of working as an actress playing the role of Sophie Delaney in the horror film Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead ?
Ms. Louise Cliffe: It was amazing. I got to with with 20th century fox and some amazing actors. That lead to filming annihilation earth where I worked with Luke Goss and Marina Sertus from Star Trek…Acting is a real passion for me. I love it.
