Combining HIIT, strength training, and running ensures a well-rounded fitness routine that keeps me fit, strong, and ready to take on any challenge!

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Lori LaMagna:
I do abs 3 times a week minimum. Especially after a c-section. I circuit train cable rotations, plate weighted sit ups and reverse crunches. I make sure I keep the reps 15-20 per exercise.

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?
Lori LaMagna:
I don’t believe in the word “diet.” Instead, I focus on a balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition that supports my overall health and wellness. My eating habits revolve around whole, nutrient-dense foods that provide the energy and nutrients I need to stay active and healthy.
My favorite cuisine is Penne ala vodka with filet mignon!

I Love- eggs, chicken, salmon, smoothies and Greek yogurt.
I keep Minimum- cheese, pasta, bread, rice and mashed potatoes.

I make sure I take my vitamins daily. I still take my prenatal, fish oils, collagen, coq10. I drink a gallon of water a day and I really stay on top of my skin care routine. I do love Dr. Dennis Gross Deep Cream Moisturizer!

Social media is saturated right now, how do you feel about it? Tips on budding influencers who wish to make their move?
Lori LaMagna:
The saturation of social media can indeed make it challenging to stand out, but it also presents opportunities for creativity and connection. I definitely think hiring a mentor and coach was one of my greatest investments
