Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Lizzie Kelly:
During the busy time of the season you keep your fitness much easier and so it’s not necessary to spend hours and hours in the gym. I like swimming and go twice a week and I’ll probably fit a run in once a week. Other than that, riding four horses every morning and doing stable yard jobs keeps you very fit!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Lizzie Kelly:
My diet probably isn’t as strict as it should be! But I’m very careful yes, I normally have porridge or a boiled egg for breakfast, soup for lunch and a salad with perhaps a fish cake or Kiev for dinner. I eat quite a lot of hummus and natural yogurt as well. I do like to snack but if you chose the right things it’s not too bad!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Training for professional sports requires you to be out in the extreme weather. How are you able to take care of your skin and hair?
Ms. Lizzie Kelly:
My lips are attacked by the wind and I really struggle to stop them from chapping but I exfoliate them once a week and use Kaplan MD lip plumper which works a treat. I use Moroccan Oil in my hair which leaves it very soft. My skin is generally ok but I do use Kiko Skin Oil instead of creamy and greasy moisturizers.
