What exercises make up your fitness regimen or exercise routine that you may want to share?
Laura Roberts:
The muscles that I like to work the most are legs. I always include 5-6 exercises in my workout routines, I like to train heavy and perform movements to impact as many muscle fibers as possible.
My favorite exercises are: free squat, quadriceps extension, scissors, pelvis lift, abduction, buttock pulley, benched scissors and press.

Do you take any special diets or have a strict menu that follows to stay healthy and physically?
Laura Roberts:
Yes, I do my diet myself constantly depending on the goals I want to achieve.

I think it’s the question I get asked the most!
For my skin I use nothing but body cream, I also like to tan a lot and always use bronzers. My advice to keep your tan longer: don’t take a bath with soap after tanning in the sun”.
As for my hair I am a little more careful, I use the whole line of “Mane ‘n Tail”. I like to wear all the cream treatments I find and I also use a hair growth treatment called Barry’s Tricot.
