NN:
When were you chosen as a playmate?
LK:
My pictorial as a playmate came out in May, 2017 issue, but of course the decision was made quite in advance. If I’m right the shoot happened in February.
NN:
Best part about being Playboy’s Playmate?
LK:
For me being a Playmate is a chance to let people know that I’m comfortable with my sexuality and my body and the way to inspire women to love their shapes and themselves in general.
NN:
What is your favourite workout routine?
LK:
I used to do a lot of boxing and extreme sports like rock climbing and skydiving, but lately I switched to much more moderate routine of 3-4h of yoga and Pilates per week. Sometimes I do a bit of resistance training, hiking and dancing cardio.
NN:
A healthy breakfast for you includes?
LK:
Fruits and a very small oatmeal with no sugar. Or just fruits.

Your all-time favourite Playmate, besides you?
LK:
Hard to say, but it would be between Ursula Andres and Anna Nicole Smith.
NN:
How do you like to train your body? 3 Must-do exercises for those killer abs?
LK:
Right nutrition is more important for me than exercising, but if we talk about the abs workout – try planking but switch the position constantly to make your muscles work extra hard, mountain climbers is a great exercise with so many variations, and the most favorite is just a straight legs lift laying on the floor.
NN:
What do you enjoy having for dinner? And on weekends?
LK:
Dinner should be extra light, so I normally have just steamed veggies or some sashimi. If I have to go out for dinner I would eat more, but still stick to fish and vegetables.
NN:
How do you like to hydrate your body?
LK:
Water with lemon is still the best idea out there for a total body hydration.
NN:
What is your skin and hair care after a sweaty workout?
LK:
It’s very important to take a shower as fast as possible after the workout. Besides this nothing special. I use Oribe oil for my hair and Brazilian Bum Bum cream for the body.
NN:
Your favourite activewear brands are?
LK:
Michi, Cushnie and Ochs and Nike.
NN:
Favourite social media channel? What do you love the most about it?
LK:
I feel like being online takes a lot of time, so the only social media I use at the moment is Instagram. I love the way how it keeps me connected with all my friends around the world and lets me have a glimpse at lives of everyone I’m interested in. Also Instagram is an endless source of inspiration.
NN:
One skincare secret that has helped you a lot.
LK:
I wish I could tell you some magical trick, fast, easy and free. But the thing which changed my life was giving up on self care and going to the dermatologist. Wish I’ve done it earlier.
NN:
How do you prepare a night before a photoshoot?
LK:
I love Estée Lauder Advanced night repair PowerFoil Mask and of course an 8hr sleep is a must.
NN:
After a long hard-working day, you relax with?
LK:
There’s nothing better for me than a shiatsu massage and a hot tub.
NN:
5 things that you never leave your house without?
LK:
My keys, my wallet, phone, passport and some dark shades.
NN:
3 songs that are on top of your workout playlist?
LK:
I’m obsessed with music, so my list constantly changes, for now it’s Brava Beach Song by LouLou Players, Surumu by Sascha Funke, and Magalenha by Chemical Surf.
NN:
What part of your day do you look forward to?
LK:
Well if I have an exciting shoot, then that’s what makes my day, if not I try to go out with my friends and dance as much as possible. Dancing is my love, joy and happiness all combined.
NN:
Tips for models who are impressed by you.
LK:
My career path was long and not always easy, so whatever obstacles you have to face – just keep pushing and never give up.
NN:

LK:
The most important thing I try to remember daily is to wake up with an anticipation of a miracle and fall asleep with an appreciation of everything given to me. This attitude helped me though the hardest times and numerous heartbreaks. So I wish to all of you to look at the world with an eyes of a newborn. Every single day.
