Hard to say, but it would be between Ursula Andres and Anna Nicole Smith.

How do you like to train your body? 3 Must-do exercises for those killer abs?
LK:
Right nutrition is more important for me than exercising, but if we talk about the abs workout – try planking but switch the position constantly to make your muscles work extra hard, mountain climbers is a great exercise with so many variations, and the most favorite is just a straight legs lift laying on the floor.

What do you enjoy having for dinner? And on weekends?
LK:
Dinner should be extra light, so I normally have just steamed veggies or some sashimi. If I have to go out for dinner I would eat more, but still stick to fish and vegetables.

How do you like to hydrate your body?
LK:
Water with lemon is still the best idea out there for a total body hydration.

What is your skin and hair care after a sweaty workout?
LK:
It’s very important to take a shower as fast as possible after the workout. Besides this nothing special. I use Oribe oil for my hair and Brazilian Bum Bum cream for the body.
