Kseniya Belousova:
Building body confidence is a personal journey that involves self-acceptance and focusing on your overall well-being. Surrounding yourself with positive influences, embracing diversity, and engaging in activities that make me feel good about myself absolutely contributes to boosting body confidence. Remember to be patient and kind to yourself throughout the process.

Tell us a day in the life of ‘Kseniya Belousova’.
Kseniya Belousova:
I am not an early bird my day starts at 9/10 am. I wake up slowly, I start my morning with some stretching and ice cube on my face then shower.
I drink a glass of warm water and have few dry prunes on empty stomach. Later I make myself green tea and have my breakfast. Normally it is Greek yogurt with granola. While having breakfast I check my phone and respond to messages and comments on my Instagram posts. Engaging with my followers is an essential part of my job. Then I plan my day by reviewing my content calendar and upcoming collaborations with brands.
Later, I prepare for a photo-shoot or records content for my Instagram page. I get ready with hair and makeup, select outfits, and finding suitable locations for my photos and videos. Late in the afternoon I usually spend time editing and enhancing my photos and videos to achieve the desired look.
In the evening I go for a walk with my family or friends. We like to sit at the cafe by having an aperetivo. In the evening I prepare the dinner at home I love to cook by myself. And then I finish my day by watching some movies or serials on Netflix. Normally I go to sleep at midnight.
