Being honest I used to work out a lot, but lately unfortunately I work out less. But I can say even if you take just 20 min a day for a workout it certainly helps to keep you in shape. My favorite work out is to ride a bike! I like cardio rather than lifting weights. Stretching after work out is also very important. My favorite blogger is Pamela Reif. I follow her work out videos on YouTube. May be in the future I will make my own! Keeping me in a good healthy shape is very important. It is my lifestyle.

I follow the YouTube channel of Pamela Reif. I love the way she trains. I repeat her exercises 4 times a week.

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Kseniya Belousova:
I hate to be on a diet. I love to eat but I love to eat healthy. I prefer veggies rather than chips I choose fruits rather than cookies. I try to eat less carbs especially for dinner. I love seafood. And I drink lots of green tea.

I love yogurt, granola, tomatoes, broccoli, and salmon.
Five foods I avoid eating are bread, salary, pork, potatoes chips, and cookies.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Kseniya Belousova:
Thank you! I use Olaplex products and once a week I apply coconut oil on my hair. I don’t use hair dryer. Only if I am in a rush I can use it but normally I let my hair dry naturally. I take daily vitamins for my hair, skin and nails.

- Skincare can erase wrinkles completely. Reality: Skincare can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, but it cannot eliminate them entirely. Other treatments like retinoid or cosmetic procedures may be needed for significant improvements.
- Using multiple skincare products at once is more effective. Reality: Layering too many products can overload your skin and lead to irritation. Stick to a simple and consistent skincare routine tailored to your skin’s needs.
- Sunscreen is only necessary on sunny days. Reality: UV rays can still damage your skin on cloudy days or during winter. Wearing sunscreen daily, regardless of the weather, is crucial for protecting your skin from harmful UV radiation.
- Acne is caused by poor hygiene. Reality: Acne is a complex skin condition influenced by various factors, including hormones, genetics, and bacteria. While keeping your skin clean is essential, it’s not the sole cause of acne.
- Natural products are always better for your skin. Reality: While some natural ingredients can be beneficial, not all are suitable for every skin type. Many effective skincare products use both natural and synthetic ingredients to achieve the best results.
