Kristine Gold: Exceptionally Talented Glamour Model Ready to Rule the World.

Kristine Gold is an experienced, hardworking, reliable, punctual, communicative, creative, published model who is passionate and enthusiastic about modeling. She is born in Latvia and now works in England. She is a leading glamour and fashion model. She has been featured on cover and in editorial feature in the Vigour, Ellas Spain,Selin, Malvie, Bloom Roma, Marika, Gmaro, Moevir, Le Desir, Pump,and OceanIX UK Magazines.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar in a candid interview with Kristine Gold, a Latvian, British Glamour model, Social Media Influencer and Cover Girl here she talks about her fitness regime, diet, and her success story.

Namita Nayyar:

Where were you born and had your early education? Later you decided to pursue modeling from the age of 16 years and became a leading fashion and glamour model. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.

Kristine Gold:

I am born in Latvia. I lived in a very small village. I never thought that my dreams will come true. When I was 4 years old I dreamed to be a model and to be published in magazines. But after years went past by I knew that it’s not possible to achieve due to location where I was living. When I was 16 years old I moved to bigger city Liepaja to study accountancy. I thought that it would have been a good profession where I would have a great opportunity to earn good money.

One day there was a open event day in LM&MS modeling school. I will never forget how I felt in that moment. It was like falling in love from the first sight. Instantly I felt that I want to go to this school. To be honest that was my starting point where I got my confidence and experience. I will always cherish modeling school and Tatjanas Jaremcukas help to understand how to walk, pose and just to be the person that I want to be. Modeling school definitely helped in my modeling journey and I always will be grateful for that. Accountant skills that I learned in school are still very helpful.

Namita Nayyar:

You were featured on the Cover of Vigour Magazine. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement of yours?

Kristine Gold:

Every magazine publication means a lot to me. I never thought that I will be published in so many countries. I can’t describe how happy I feel when I get to hold those magazines in my hands or how happy I feel when I go to the shop and see myself in the magazine. It means the world to me. I appreciate every opportunity that I have.

Namita Nayyar:

You are the social media personality, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Kristine Gold:

I have multidimensional lifestyle and I love every moment of it. From Monday to be Friday I work in chocolate factory as operation manager. But evenings and weekends are to enjoy modeling. A lot people asked me what do you do in your free time and to be honest I don’t have a lot free time. But modeling is my passion and dream so I definitely love giving all my free time to modeling. I don’t think I know how to live differently.

Namita Nayyar:

You have perfect chiseled sculpted physique? Secrets to such a mesmerizing enviable persona?

Kristine Gold:

It is very nice to hear that and I feel humbled. I think every model has their own story. When I was a teenager I had a hard time to accept my body. I had anorexia and I remember how hard it was. I still don’t understand how I could have felt that way.

I tried to take all the tips from other people about how to lose weight but unfortunately nothing helped as there wasn’t any weight to lose. I looked slim but I felt completely different. It is very hard to explain how anorexia works. All changed when I started to go to modeling school and finally I could feel confidence about my body.

I think that the main thing that I would definitely suggest to everyone is to be active and find your own fitness program that makes you happy and feel comfortable with your body. Dancing is definitely a good way how to train your body and gain happiness.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Kristine Gold:

Fitness is my second passion. Workout routine is very important for me. Not only because of the results but also how it makes you feel. From the beginning I started doing exercises from popular fitness instructor videos and listened to their advises. Although the fitness program didn’t feel being right for me.

From the start my biggest mistake was that I didn’t know my goal. It is very important to know what you want to achieve. I started to read more about fitness exercises and made my own program and with happiness I can say that I am very close of achieving what I wanted. My favorite exercise is definitely donkey kick.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Kristine Gold:

For abs training there are a lot of different exercises to choose from. Leg rising and up and down plank is definitely good exercises that works for me. Not every exercise will work the same way to everyone.

Namita Nayyar:

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime; do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?

Kristine Gold:

I don’t like to sit on diets. I had a diet when I was a teenager. I tried not to eat after 6PM, not to eat bread, meat and all products that would have a lot of calories but in the end I understood that it’s not worth it. I believe that every person is beautiful and there is no requirements how body should look like. If a person is happy with their own body then that is the most important thing. If a person doesn’t feel conformable then I would suggest finding workout that is fun and gives positive emotions.

I believe that diet is not necessary as long as you know when to stop eating. But I always think that it is important that you try to eat everything that you want. Life is too short to say no to tasty food. There is still one tip that I think works very well. I always would make lemon water in the morning. Most people probably don’t know this but drinking a glass of cold water in the morning wakes up 70 % of your body. Plus lemon water is refreshing, healthy and helps with metabolism.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Kristine Gold:

My number one favorite food is fried mushrooms and red pepper salads. I love all foods where are mushrooms in it.

I love definitely Italian food as homemade pizza and spaghetti. My weakness is Crispy barbecue chicken wrap. Vegetable soup is definitely in my top 5, especially during winter time. I don’t think there is any food that I would keep to a minimum. I eat all kinds of food that I want and as much as I want. I trust myself to say stop when needed.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Kristine Gold:

There are so many choices from hair care and skincare routine products that can make a person feel overwhelmed. After trying so many different products I fould the best products for my skin and hair. Firstly, to have a glowing skin and shiny hair, it is very important to take the right vitamins. I found that New Nordic Hair Volume tablets helped me like nothing else.

In only few weeks’ time my hair got shiny and finally I didn’t had to use hair products to make bigger volume. It is an amazing product that I would recommend to everyone. You were featured on the cover of Bloom Roma Magazine. This is a landmark achievement in your career. How has this played as a catalyst to your meteoric rise as a glamour model?

Kristine Gold:

I was definitely shocked to be as a cover model on Bloom Roma magazine. The biggest surprise for me that was because I was on the cover on magazines 3 months in a row. I have been very lucky to be published on many magazine covers.

Each publication goes in my magazine collection and it feels so good to see those prints. Magazine gives a lot exposure and brings the joy that I can’t even describe. It is a team effort and from bottom of my heart I want to say major thanks to photographer Rick Dunmore for working with me on these projects.

Namita Nayyar:

Social media is saturated right now, how do you feel about it? Tips on budding influencers who wish to make their move?

Kristine Gold:

I think social media is definitely saturated and it is very hard to be seen. I think it is very important to make content that you feel happy with. Hardest thing for me is to set up posts every day so that I wouldn’t miss the time to post them. Magazines definitely helps to get more exposure and find more creative that you would like to follow and they would follow back.

Social media nowadays is very tricky, because you have to make content that most of the people would love but even if your content is amazing then it will depend if you posted in the right time. Talking about tips, I think it is very important to find the right platform.

Namita Nayyar:

Five athletic leisure brands you love to wear.

Kristine Gold:

My favorite leisure brands are definitely Nike, Gym King, Adidas, Oh Polly and Juicy.

Namita Nayyar:

Five travel destinations on your wish list.

Kristine Gold:

This year I choose to visit Bali. I think it’s an amazing place. I love tropical places where I can jump in the waterfalls and enjoy spectacular views. My second favorite place which I would like to visit is Thailand. There are spectacular islands that just look amazing. If I will have the opportunity then I would like to see all the islands in Greece. I visited Crete last year and it was a amazing experience that I will never forget. I would like to visit Switzerland and USA. I have seen views and I think that is something that everyone should see.

Namita Nayyar:

You have done bold photo-shoots for a number of fashion brands and on your Instagram handle @kristinegoldfield. How are you so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Kristine Gold:

Confidence depends from so many factors. Firstly, how you feel about yourself. Secondly, trusting your team is very important. Thirdly, I always care about fashion brands and customers if they will like the results. Positive feedback from brands and customers is definitely uplifting.

Namita Nayyar:

Your idea of a perfect date?

Kristine Gold:

I believe that sometimes the smallest things take up the most space in our hearts. It doesn’t matter where the date would happen or how expensive it would be. If you spend the day with the right person then the date will definitely be perfect. But I definitely love red roses. That is my weakness.

Namita Nayyar:

Kristine Gold:

Womenfitness.net is definitely one of most useful websites that I have seen. So much information about beauty, exercises, weight loss, news and so much more. Website visitors definitely would find useful information that would help every day. The best thing that it’s not only for one group of people. Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding model girls, who all are your fans and would like to know from you about their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling.

Kristine Gold:

From bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you all for your love and support. It means the world to me. My top 3 tips would be

  1. Love what you do. If you put effort and love in to the modeling, you will have success.
  2. Spend time on planning the shoots and content. Your team is very important. Every person in modeling journey is important.
  3. Understand what you would like to reach. Nothing helps better to determine your goals then you do. I have tradition to make my goals list on 31 December. And mostly I would give myself year to reach all my goals.

Namita Nayyar:

You have an impressive Instagram following of 10.7k followers. A message for your ardent admirers.

Kristine Gold:

I wouldn’t say that is something impressive but I really appreciate all the support, comments and likes. I think I have to work a lot on my page. I can be honest to you all that magazine exposure helps to get more followers. I found that modeling events, fashion shows and London fashion week helped me to meet more people and gain more followers as well.

Namita Nayyar:

Kristine Gold:

Live the life that you want not as people expect you to live. I think being as model you get a lot judgment, expectations and rejection. It is important that you don’t take anything personal and live your life the way the you want. Positive vibes only.

Namita Nayyar:

A day in the life of Kristine Gold.

Kristine Gold:

My day mostly is very active and I enjoy quite morning hours when I can enjoy workout and breakfast. It is very important to start morning with good mood and a lot positive energy. When makeup and hair looks amazing then it’s time to take the suitcase and travel to photo shoots, events or fashion shows. Each time I travel to photo shoots or events I feel excited. I love creativity and meet new people. Even more exciting thanphoto shoot is the time when you see photo shoot results.

Usually I have long shoots with a lot of outfit changes, makeup and hairstyle change. I love how much you can transform your look. The truth is, I don’t stop. Even if I can take a break, I usually don’t. After many hours of shooting outfits or editorials for magazines, I would pack my suitcase so my fun travel to home can start. With “fun” I meant praying that there wouldn’t be any cancellation, delays or just missed trains. If you see lady running with big suitcase in London, you know it’s me. When I get home I have my workout time.

Weekend evenings are movie nights with lots of snacks or big tub of ice cream. After movie night is beauty routine. And we all need beauty sleep.
