Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Kimberly Meredith:
My favorite fitness activity is going for nature walks. I also have a stationary exercise bike I use regularly. I also love resistance bands, which can be even more effective than weights in strengthening your muscles.
My workout routine can be done at home, outside, or at the gym. Day 1 is chest and light triceps. On Day 2, I do my back and biceps. Then on Day 3, I do my forearms, shoulders and calves. I also like to switch off and do Pilates or yoga. I do 2-3 days a week of moderate aerobic cardio activity.
Cardio and strength training are great for burning calories, building power and endurance, and getting the results you want. This is the regiment I used to lose belly fat, strengthen my core, and improve physical stability, balance and mobility as I recovered from my injuries following my Near Death Experience.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Kimberly Meredith:
I love working out with my resistance bands to activate my core and abs. This workout can be done on a yoga mat at home or at a park or gym. I sit on the floor and loop a resistance band around my feet, holding on with both hands. Next I roll my spine down to a supine position slowly, scooping my abdominals inward toward the spine.
I nod my chin, and then begin rolling up back to a seated position, with control. I keep my arms as straight as possible so that my biceps don’t move.
I do one set of 8–10 reps.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Kimberly Meredith:
I eat a very healthy, clean, organic diet similar to a Mediterranean diet. I don’t do keto. I’m mostly vegetarian, though I do eat organic free range brown eggs, and fish a couple times a month, usually wild caught Atlantic salmon. I don’t eat any other meats. I’m also dairy free.
I love to eat a nice salad of spinach or dark greens with avocado. Or I’ll make a bowl of sweet potatoes, broccoli, cranberries, and quinoa, which is so good for you. It’s a lovely, beautiful vegan dish that really fills you up. I eat lentils and oatmeal, but no rice or bread. For fruits, I enjoy plenty of low sugar fruits such as blueberries or granny smith apples.
I drink tea all day. I’m really into tea. I drink organic teas such as green tea or Earl Grey. I love to enjoy fresh-pressed green juices made with fresh leafy greens like spinach, collard greens, cucumber, apple, ginger, parsley, and melon. So delicious, and so healthy for you!

Kimberly Meredith:
I love drinking Mountain Valley spring water with cucumbers. Good water is so important to keep your skin hydrated. I also do home steam facials with this water. Once a month, I use organic collagen facial home masks. I also use collagen powder to strengthen my hair, nails and skin.
Additionally, I take supplements for healthy skin, including vitamin D, Solgar’s multivitamin, and Solgar Super Potency Biotin which supports healthy skin, nails and hair. I take my makeup off every night with Burt’s Bees Cucumber & Sage Facial Cleansing Towelettes. I also use Dermalogica Age Defense serum. Finally, I put on a fantastic night cream called Supra from EMK Beverly Hills, a remarkably effective plant-based anti-aging & hydrating treatment which I absolutely adore.

Five skincare myths. Tell us more about your Cold Laser Collagen Regeneration Facial-BIO Stimulation program that you offer.
Kimberly Meredith:
Five skincare myths:
Hot water and tap water are good for skin? False. Avoid hot water and tap water which contains fluoride or chlorine. Use only warm, filtered water.
Cucumbers eliminate bags under eyes? True. Many people use cucumber slices under the eyes to reduce puffiness. However, I believe you can use any cool compress which would have the same effect. Granny smith apple slices for example also bring down puffiness.
Chocolate causes acne? False. However, too much sugar in your diet is not good for your skin because it can cause conditions such as acne.
Waterproof sunscreen lasts all day? False. Plan on reapplying your sunscreen every 2-3 hours, regardless of what product it is.
Makeup makes you age faster? True or false, depending on the makeup brand and whether it’s organic. Some makeup is good for your skin, while others can damage your skin and make you age faster because of toxicity.
Regarding my Cold Laser Collagen Regeneration Facial-BIO Stimulation program:
I love my cold laser because it’s a wonderful way to hydrate and stimulate collagen organically, which reduces lines and sun damage and makes your skin look healthy and glowing. I use my cold laser on my skin to stimulate collagen generation on the face, neck, and forehead. I’ve introduced cold laser to my clients and they absolutely love it. I’ve gotten so much positive feedback. You see and feel the results right away. There are no injections, and it’s totally painless and noninvasive.
There’s no sound and you feel no vibration or heat. Each treatment typically takes only a few minutes. I always put ice on the area to stimulate the cells while using the laser treatment. This Low-Level Light Therapy stimulates and accelerates the body’s natural healing process. Cold laser is great for reducing wrinkles, lines, sagging, scars, and the size of pores. More and more doctors favor it because of its many benefits.
Cold laser works by supplying gentle energy to the body through the skin in the form of non-thermal photons of light. The mitochondria in our cells convert that light energy to electro-chemical energy. It is this energy that heals repairs, builds collagen, increases cell turnover, and oxygenates the blood, and gives an overall appearance of healthy skin.
